Kai is a distinguished violinist and educator based in Chicago, known for her artistry and commitment to music education.

She earned her Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from DePaul University, where she studied under the esteemed guidance of Juilliard Professor Ann Setzer. Kai teaches violin, viola, and piano, sharing her passion and expertise with students of all ages and skill levels by tailoring her teaching approach to meet the unique needs of each student. 

Kai primarily teaches the Suzuki Method, a  pedagogical approach based on the principle that all children possess ability and that this ability can be developed and enhanced through a nurturing environment.

By fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment, her dedication to individualized instruction ensures that every student receives the guidance and motivation necessary to achieve their musical goals. Kai teaches at the Ravenswood location.
