Sandy Van Laningham is a Chicago-based multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and music educator with a B.A. in Vocal Performance from Columbia College Chicago.
Known for her energetic, genre-spanning teaching style and her commitment to helping students of all ages build confidence and creativity through music. Sandy teaches at the Ravenswood location.

“As a music educator, my teaching style is choose-your-own-adventure: if there’s something you want to learn, let’s figure it out together in a fun way! The goal for all my students is to discover what they love most about music and how they can share that love with their peers.”
